Victorian Living Room - Alice in Wonderland inspired

The project I worked on over the past few months involved creating an open book-like scene with a full-sized living room. The furniture in the scene follows a Victorian style, and the overall design is heavily inspired by "Alice in Wonderland."

To begin the project, I started by gathering a wide range of photo references and revisited Disney's "Alice in Wonderland" (1951) to immerse myself in the theme. From there, I created a preliminary concept art that visualized my vision for the scene.

Next, I moved on to blocking out the scene in Maya, ensuring that the scale of all elements worked well together. Once I was satisfied with the overall layout, I proceeded to create both low-resolution and high-resolution 3D models for the scene.

After completing the 3D models, I focused on texturing using Substance Painter. Additionally, I made tileable seamless textures in Substance Designer for the floor tiles and wallpaper, ensuring a cohesive and detailed look for the scene.

Finally, I imported all the assets into Unreal Engine 5, where I developed materials, integrated particle effects, and optimized the lighting to bring the scene to life. The final renders were generated within Unreal Engine.
